Este House

This project was a comprehensive renovation that included interior updates, a new addition, a new deck, and a detached ADU. In addition to the structural changes, the project also involved a complete overhaul of the landscape design, with a focus on creating a drought-friendly and low-maintenance outdoor space.

One of the standout features of the landscape design is the new pathway that leads from the street to the front door. The pathway is illuminated with floating steps that are surrounded by artificial turf and pebbles, creating a stunning visual effect that is both modern and functional. The use of artificial turf and pebbles also ensures that the outdoor space is low-maintenance and drought-friendly, making it the perfect choice for the California climate.

Overall, this project is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and careful planning. By taking a comprehensive approach to the renovation, the design team was able to create a space that is both beautiful and functional, while also incorporating sustainable and low-maintenance design elements that are perfectly suited to the California climate.
