T House

This three-story house features a unique design that incorporates two volumes with a light and transparent connection at the center. The interstitial space between the two volumes serves as vertical circulation, providing easy access to the different levels of the home.

The two masses are heavy and chamfered at the top, with cutouts for apertures that allow natural light to filter into the space. The connection at the center is light and transparent, creating a sense of openness and flow between the different living areas.

The top level of the home is semi-covered, allowing for natural lighting and fresh air while still maintaining privacy. This design element creates a unique and inviting space that is perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
